摘要
目的 :进一步证实在针刺镇痛中有衣的大致密核心小泡 (CL DV)通过非突触部位胞吐递质参与疼痛的调节 ,为疼痛生理研究提供形态学基础。方法 :取大鼠的“人中”、“四白”穴进行针刺镇痛 ,并将针刺显效时间分别延长至 0 .5、1、2、3、4小时 ,各组动物时间一致 ,立即杀死取材 ,制作电镜样品 ,电镜下观察、记录各针刺时间段内动物延髓三叉神经脊束核胶状质亚核中间部分神经元的 CL DV于非突触部位的胞吐影像。结果 :在三叉神经脊束核胶状质亚核内发现了各阶段 CL DV的胞吐影像 ,实验和对照组之间有显著性的差别 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :在针刺镇痛中 CL
Objective:To verify that the pain was regulated physiologically by releasing the transmitter from CLDV at the nonsynaptic sites and to provide morphological evidence for studying the physiological pain.Methods:When analgesia was induced by acupuncture at the acupoints 'Ren Zhong' and 'Si Bai',the acupuncture analgesia was sustained for every different periods of time,0.5,1,2,3,4,5hours,then the animals were killed,the ultrastructural specimens was made from the substantia gelatinosa and observed under the electron microscope,the nonsynaptic exocytosis profiles from the neurons in the substantia gelatinosa of the caudal trigeminal spinal nucleus were observed and recorded by photographing.Results:The different profiles of nonsynaptic exocytosis from every different period of acupunctural time were found in caudal trigeminal spinal nucleus,a significant statistical difference between experimental and control groups were present (P<0.01).Conclusions:It is suggested that the CLDV was involved in physiological pain regulation by means of releasing their contents into the intercellular space at the nonsynaptic areas.
