摘要
目的 :观察阴部管的位置、长度、宽度、与正中矢状面的夹角、与坐骨结节下缘的垂直距离、内容及排列关系。方法 :选用经福尔马林固定的成人尸体 30具 (男 18,女 12 ) ,仔细剖查出阴部管 ,用游标卡尺进行测量。结果 :获取了有关阴部管的一系列形态学指标。结论 :本实验研究可为临床应用提供可靠。
Objective:To observe the Alcock's canal's location,length and width,its angle to the median sagittal plane,its perpendicular distance to the ischial tuberosity,its contents and the arranging relation among them.Methods:30(male 18,female 12)adult corps which have been fixed in the formalin were applied,the Alcock's canal was dissected carefully and measured with vernier calipers,Results:A series of morphological targets were obtained.Conclusion:This experimental study may provide perfect and reliable basis for clinical apply.
