红斑狼疮光敏感性发生机制的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 紫外线是激发红斑狼疮的重要因素之一 ,部分红斑狼疮患者具有光敏感性 ,红斑狼疮光敏感性常是多因素同时作用而导致的。现综述了与红斑狼疮光敏感性相关的多种因素 :紫外线的致病波段及剂量、免疫学异常、遗传易感性。
