摘要
钙粘附蛋白E是钙粘附蛋白家族中的重要成员之一,其表达与多种肿瘤的生物学行为密切相关。近年的研究发现该蛋白与肺癌的类型、分期、分级、转移和预后有关,该蛋白低表达有可能成为肺癌的诊断指标和预后不良的预警信号。同时也有可能成为肺癌治疗的新靶点。
