摘要
对旋转机组状态进行自动在线监测及预测 ,是设备维护的发展方向 ,但是软硬件的研制工作量很大。采用虚拟仪器技术 ,在LabVIEW平台上开发研制了一套基于PC总线的旋转机械状态监测及趋势预示系统。该系统对反映机组工作状态的特征信号进行监测 ,主要采用人工智能技术对机组状态进行预测。虚拟仪器可以实现传统仪器的功能 ,而且功能强大、使用灵活、容易升级、易于联网 ,可广泛应用于工业等领域。
Using the on line monitoring and predicting technology for the rotary set is the prospect of equipment maintenance, but it costs a great deal of time to develop the software and hardware.A PC bus based virtual instruments system is developed by using LabVIEW software. This system monitors the feature signal of rotary machine and uses artificial intelligence technology to predict. The virtual instruments can perform the functions of traditional instruments with strong power, flexibility, easy to upgrade and link up the networks, so it can be widely used in industry field.
