摘要
由于现有数控凸轮轴磨床磨削凸轮的轮廓和尺寸精度均受到限制 ,为了提高加工精度、生产效率 ,对模糊神经网络控制器进行了研究 ,利用它来控制数控凸轮轴磨床的加工过程 ,用梯度法实时修正模糊控制器的输入和输出隶属度参数 ,得到一种在线模糊自适应控制的方法 。
Because grinding cam profile procession is limited by current NC camshaft grinding machine, in order to improve precision and efficiency ,a fuzzy neural network is studied and adopted as controller in order to control NC camshaft grinding machine .An on line fuzzy neural adaptive control system can be obtained real time and used for the modification of membership function parameters of fuzzy controller's input and output variables by gradient descent learning method. The simulation results show that the scheme is effective.
