摘要
中国现阶段服务业的结构特征与其他国家不同。通过对不同服务业部门要素密集程度、劳动生产率、服务对象和新技术使用程度 4个方面的分析 ,并且对比日本和韩国在某些方面的情况 ,发现行业垄断对中国服务业的要素密集程度和劳动生产率所产生的扭曲现象 ,及服务对象偏向于生产者 ,而忽视了居民的需求 ,并发现新技术对不同服务业的发展有不同的重要性。提出应重视商务服务业的发展和它对新技术的带动作用 ,促进金融和保险的最终需求加快行业发展等建议。
The structure features of service industry in China are different from that of other countries. Service industry in China is analyzed from four factors:factor intensity, productivity,types of service users and intermediate demand of new technology.From the comparison between Japan and Korea,it is found that the monopoly in service distorts the characteristics of service in factor intensity and productivity. Producers receive much more service than consumers, specially in finance and insurance service compared with Japan and Korea. New technology is very important to some service industry. Some suggestions are put forward to lay emphasis on business service and pay attention to its influence on new technology. Promoting the final demand of finance and insurance will help these industries' development.
