摘要 将磨辊轴过盈联接强度、辊轴强度、辊体强度三种强度的可靠度视为一个串联系统 ,综合考虑磨辊轴过盈联接设计参数的随机性、广义强度安全与失效阈值的模糊特性 ,提出了基于系统强度可靠度的磨辊轴过盈联接模糊可靠性设计模型。计算结果表明 ,就系统可靠度和重量而言 。 The strength of interference articulation, roller and shaft of a roller shaft forms a series system in function. The three strengths condition each other. Therefore the problem is rational distribution of strength. In fact, reliability is a fuzzy event which considers the randomness and fuzziness for some design parameters. These include working torque,interference quantities,modulus of elasticity and strength limits, and the fuzziness of thresholds between safety and deactivation for generalized strength;they must be taken into consideration. By using reliability theory and fuzzy mathematics, we present a mathematical model for fuzzy reliability design of interference articulation of the roller shaft based on the system strength reliability. Eight design examples are given. The calculations, with regard to system reliability and weight, indicate that the six schemes proposed by this paper are superior to the other two schemes which are used extensively in most mills at present.
