摘要 采用算子分裂法解广义雷诺方程。研究了双向人字槽液体润滑径向轴承的承载力和稳定性。计算结果和正转 (泵入型 )、反转 (泵出型 )的单向人字槽轴承进行比较。结果表明 ,双向人字槽轴承的承载力和稳定性稍差于正转的单向人字槽轴承 ,但优于反转时的单向人字槽轴承。本文还对双向人字槽润滑轴承在不同设计参数下 (螺旋角 ,槽深度 )油膜稳定性进行比较计算 ,得到合理的设计参数范围。双向人字槽轴承保持了在低偏心率时的良好稳定性 ,并适合在变向转动工况下使用。 This paper employed operator splitting method to solve generalized Reynolds equation and investigate the dynamical performance of a two way herringbone grooved liquid lubricated journal bearing (HGJB). Numerical results indicate that the load capacities, critical rotor mass of two way HGTB are slightly lower than those of one way HGJB at pumping in rotation, but much higher than those of one way HGJB at pumping out rotation. By optional design a good dynamical performance of the two way HGJB can be achieved when rotating in both directions.
