旋转机械状态监测与故障诊断的网络化实现

A Network-based System for the Condition Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis of Rotating Machinery

研制开发了一套网络化的旋转机械状态监测与故障诊断系统 ,并对该系统进行了实验考核。该系统基于网络 TCP/ IP协议 ,使用了 ODBC数据库接口 ,可移植性、稳定性和安全性均较好。考核结果表明 ,该系统运转正常 ,达到预期的设计目标 。

A network based system for the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of rotating machinery was developed and tested. This system is based on the net protocol of TCP/IP and uses the database interface of ODBC. So the system gets the good quality in adaptability, stability and security. The experiment result shows that this system can operate safely and achieve the designed goal and is applicable to large company.
