摘要
分析了滚动转子压缩机的振动来源及其在低频下的加剧现象。采用了实时转矩控制的办法对振动进行抑制 ,并计算分析了测控系统的延时和步长对转速波动的影响。
The vibration source of the rolling piston inverter-compressor was analyzed. The varies of the rotate speed and the relative rotate speed were analyzed . The vibration was reduced by means of controlling the torque. With the smaller of the delay and the shorter of the pace , the fluctuation of the rotate speed became smaller obviously , so the vibration was decreased.
