In recent ten years the solid light sources and luminaires are successfully developped and appeared on the lighting market. At present the sclid light sources mainly have the light emitting diode(LED) and the organic electroluminescence(OEL). These solid light sources can be drived underlow voltage, can stantvarious poor environment and possess the properties of little volume, lightweight little electrode consume, fast responding speed, long life and others.
