摘要 目的 研究氢化可的松对体外培养的大鼠睾丸间质细胞 (Leydigcells)睾酮分泌的影响 ,探讨氢化可的松影响睾酮分泌的作用机制。方法 将雄性大鼠处死 ,取睾丸间质细胞悬液分别加入氢化可的松、促性腺激素、雄烯二酮进行体外培养 ,用放射免疫分析方法测定睾酮含量。结果 氢化可的松可抑制促性腺激素刺激的睾酮分泌 ,但对睾酮的基础分泌及雄烯二酮升高的睾酮水平无影响。结论 在睾丸间质细胞 ,氢化可的松以剂量依赖性方式抑制促性腺激素刺激的睾酮的合成 ,但对细胞中 Aim To study the effects of hydrocortisone on basal or hCG-stimulated testosterone production in Leydig cells of rats and the action mechanism of hydrocortisone.Methods Leydig cells of adult male rats' testis were isolated and incubated with hydrocortisone,hCG or androstenedione in vitro,respectively.Testosterone levels in incubates were measured by radioimmunoassay.Results The hCG-stimulated testosterone production was inhibited with hydrocortisone.But the basal testosterone production and the risen testosterone level with androstenedione weren't affected with hydrocortisone.Conclusion These data suggested that the hCG-stimulated testosterone production was suppressed with hydrocortisone in a concentration -dependent manner, but the activity of 17β hydroxy steroid dehydrogenases was not affected with hydrocortisone in Leydig cells.
