摘要
目的 为控制柴葛颗粒及主药葛根的质量建立HPLC方法。方法 色谱条件 :ODS柱 ,以乙腈 -甲醇 -水 (10∶5∶85 )为流动相 ,流速 0 .8ml/min ,检测波长为 2 5 0nm。结果 直线回归方程Y =2 1371+1184 79X ,r =0 .9991,在 1~ 5 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率 10 2 .0 2 % ,RSD 为 2 .87%。结论 此方法简便、准确、稳定、重复性好 ,其它组分对测定无干扰 。
Aim The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for puevarin determination was established in order to control the quality of ChaiGe granule.Methods Chromatography condition:ODS chromatography column,the acetonitrile-methanol-water(10∶5∶85) was used as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 0.8ml/min, detection wavelength was 250nm.Results The linear regression equation was Y=21 371+118 479X, r=0.999 1,the linear range was from 1~5μg.The average recovery was 102.02%,and RSD was 2.87%.Conclusion This method is simply,accurate and stable,and can not be disturbed by other ingredients.
