盐酸洛美沙星注射液与73种注射剂理化配伍结果

Compatibility Results of Lomefloxacin Hydrochloride Injection and 73 kinds of Injectable Drugs

目的 考察盐酸洛美沙星注射液与 73种注射剂配伍变化结果。方法 供试品按 1∶1等量置多孔点滴板孔混合后 ,观察配伍变化结果。结果 与 2 5种抗微生物药物配伍有 4种发生变化 ,占 16 .0 0 % ;与 4 0种常用注射剂配伍有 4种生成白色沉淀 ,占 10 .0 0 % ;与 8种输液配伍虽未发生外观变化 ,但配伍后输液的pH值有改变 ,且变化范围在规定范围内。配伍总发生率为 10 .96 %。结论 盐酸洛美沙星注射液不宜与氯唑西林钠、头孢哌酮钠、硫酸阿米卡星、磺胺嘧啶钠、地西泮、呋噻米。

Aim To study compatibility result of lomefloxacin hydrohloride injection and 73 kinds of injectable drugs.Methods Mix equal volume of 2 drugs' solution and observe compatibility result.Results When lomefloxacin hydrochloride injection was separately mixed with 25 antimicrobials,there were 4 drug incompatibilies kinds of occurring,incompatibility rate is 16.00%.When lomefloxacin hydrochloride injection was separately mixed with 40 other injectable drugs,there was 4 drug incompatibility(white precipitate) occurring,incompatibility rate is 10.00%.When lomefloxacin hydrochloride injection was separately mixed with 8 intravenous fluids,there was no visible sign of incompatibility,but the pH of soluions, varied slightly in acceptable range.Overall incompatibility rate is 10.96%.Conclusion When lomefloxacin hydrochloride injection were mixed with cloxacillin sodium,cefoperazone sodium,amikacin sulfate,sulfadiazine sodium,diazepam,furosemide,heparin sodium,hydrocortisone,drug incompatibility occurred.Clinical practice should avoid these incompatibilities.
