高效液相色谱法测定冰硼散中硼砂的含量

Determination of Borax in Bingpeng San by RP-HPLC

目的 建立高效液相色谱法 ,测定冰硼散中硼砂的含量。方法 色谱条件为 ,流动相 :甲醇 -水 (80∶2 0 ) ;检测波长5 5 0nm。结果 硼砂在进样量 0 .14～ 0 .71μg·ml-1范围内有良好的线性关系 ,标准曲线回归方程为 :Y =5 .7× 10 4+1.15×10 5C ,r=0 .9992。结论 建立含量测定方法简便 ,准确 。

Aim A rapid method for the separation and determination of borax in bingpeng san by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography was reported.Methods SPHERISORB C 18 (200×5.0mm) was used as the stationary phase,methanol-water(80∶20) as the mobile phase,with detection wavelength at 550nm.Results The linear range of the borax was 0.14～0.71μg·ml -1 ,and regressive quation of the calibration curve was Y=5.7×10 4+1.15×10 5C,r=0.999 2.Conclusion The method was proved to be simple,accurate and reproducible.
