摘要
目的:观察鸡螺杆菌(U.pullorum)诱导胃上皮细胞白细胞介素(IL)8转录并探讨其免疫致病机制。方法:分离 培养H.pullorum菌株及构建带有IL-8报告基因的人胃癌细胞系L5F11,用液体闪烁计数仪测定荧光素酶(IL-8转 录)活性。结果:所有10株H .pullorum诱导荧光素酶活性较幽门螺杆菌(H.pylon)野生型cag致病岛阴性菌株G50 明显增强(P<0.05~0.001)。结论:H pullorum通过诱导上皮细胞IL-8转录而参与其免疫致病过程。
Aims: To observe the ability to induce the transcription of interleukin-8(IL-8) in gastric epithelial cells by Helicobacter pullorum(H. pullorum) and to investigate its immunopathological mechanisms. Methods: H. pu/forum strains were isolated and cocultured with the constructed L5F11 cells and the transcription of IL-8 was indicated by luciferase activity. Resutls: The luciferase activity induced by 10 H. pu/forums strains was much higher than that by H. pylon(cag PAl negative) G50(P<0.05-0.001). Conclusions: The results showed that the immunological pathogenesis of H. pu/forum is likely to be associated with the increase of the transcription of IL-8 in epithelial cells.
