摘要
目的:探讨动态浊度法测定氯霉素葡萄糖注射液细菌内毒素的可行性。方法:用细菌内毒素测定仪考察氯霉素葡萄糖注射液对细菌内毒素的干扰。结果:氯霉素葡萄糖注射液4倍稀释液对细菌内毒素无干扰作用。结论:可用动态浊度法取代热原检查法测定氯霉素葡萄糖注射液中的细菌内毒素。
Objective: Discuss the feasibility of dynamic turbidity method to determine the endotoxin in chlorampheni- col glucose injection. Method: Determines the interference of chloramphenicol glucose injection to endotoxin with the Endotoxin Analyzer. Results: 4 times dilute of Chloramphenicol glucose injection has no interfering effect on endo- toxin. Conclusion: Dynamic turbidity method can replace pyrogen assay to determine endotoxin in chloramphenicol glucose injection.
