摘要 本文以某企业产品全生命周期管理的规划和实施为例,给出了类似项目规划和实施的一般化方法。在介绍企业产品开发现状和产品开发过程的基础上,本文分析了该企业产品开发过程中存在的问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了实现产品全生命周期管理的数据组织模型和满足该企业需求的总体解决方案,并详细地描述了项目实施的阶段性目标和过程。 The planning and implementation of Product Lifecycle Management in a manufacturing enterprise is given as an example to demonstrate general implementation methodology of similar projects. Through a brief introduction of the enterprises current status and product development process with existing problems analyzed. A general solution for PLM and its product data organization model is given with the projects implementation stages analyzed in detail.
