This paper introduces an unattended computer controlled remote data acquisitoion and data communication system. It uses phase discriminator to detect the water level,so the detecting range is wide. And it uses automatic dial and response, so it is suitable for unattended circumstances. Practical application shows that this system is accurate reliable.
