摘要
本文介绍了基于Windows和PC平台的炉温数据采集和实时监控的实现方法,详细叙述了炉温控制中的高精度定时及VB应用程序对底层硬件的访问,该系统采用数据库保存工业炉温度并以图形形式显示温度和控制参数等关系曲线,可以方便测出工业炉的特性。
A solution of data acquisition and real-time monitering for industrial stove based on Windows and PC is introduced in this paper. The realization of high-precision timing and access to hardware with VB is discussed in detail. The data of temperature are stored in a database and also displayed on screen in the form of graph.
