摘要
阐述了发电厂锅炉送风机、引风机采用变频调速可获得的技术优势及经济效益。为了解决大型风机在低负荷时产生的巨大浪费及启动电流对风机的冲击 ,尝试采用无谐波高压变频器 ,不仅解决了安全、节能问题 ,而且减少了由此造成的谐波 ;同时又进一步分析了锅炉送风机采用变频调速后产生的经济效益。充分说明了采用完美无谐波交流马达变频器是解决发电厂锅炉风机现阶段存在问题的一种有效的方法。
A kind of perfect frequency converter is applied to the speed adjustable AC motors of the forced and induced draft fans in thermal power stations to reduce the energy losses under low loads and the inpulse of the starting current of the AC motors as well as the harmonic levels.It is indicated by the economic analysis that this can to be a good way to solve the existing problems of the fans.
