The authors begin to explain the disposal gists of a number of relevant contents with designing the frame struction and setting up the component property of Graphic User Interface which is designed by MATLAB language appeared recently. Taking the Fourier analysing and transforming as an example, one of typical contents of the Signal and System course, the construction method of a Graphic User Interface and application of combining the numerical calculating with graph showing in the MATLAB is given.
