摘要
发电公司如何报价 ,报价过高难以上网、报价过低造成经济损失 ,已成为目前电力行业研究的重要课题 ,博弈论正是解决这类问题的有效方法 ,在论述电价形成方法的基础上 ,提出了先进行成本计算 ,然后确定不同成本加成率并以此构建博弈矩阵 ,利用博弈矩阵或博弈数学模型进行竞价上网 ,以求出最优报价的思路和方法。最后 ,以古尔诺双头垄断博弈模型作为实例验证了该方法的应用是切实可行的。
How to bid is an important question in power industry because high price can not be accepted and low price will lead to economic loss.Game theory is the effective method. On the basis of the electricity price forming way,this paper introduces the cost plus pricing and Game theory on electricity power bidding, and establishes Game theory matrix and Game theory model. In addition,the paper also gives the examples of the Cournot model to verify the feasibility.
