镧钾离子掺杂对0.85PZN-0.10BT-0.05PT陶瓷相结构和介电性能的影响

摘要 对 0 8 5PZN— 0 10BT— 0 0 5PT弛豫铁电陶瓷进行施主和受主掺杂 ,并用二次合成法制备出镧钾离子共掺的PZN基复相陶瓷 ,研究了镧、钾离子对陶瓷的相结构和介电性能的影响。结果表明 ,施主掺杂镧产生有利于焦绿石相生成的富Nb区 ,并导致材料的介电常数降低 ;受主掺杂钾引起的电荷不平衡可以通过产生氧空位得到补偿 ;镧、钾离子掺杂均可使居里温度向低温方向移动 ,并提高材料的温度稳定性 ;镧钾离子共掺会使其各自独立掺杂引起的电荷不平衡得到抵消 ,消除陶瓷中的焦绿石相 。 The effect of La 3+ doped and K + doped on phase structure and dielectric constant of 0.85PZN-0 10BT-0 05PT ceramics was investigated.The results show that the Nb concentration increases with increase of La content,which is beneficial to pyrochlore phase,and the local charge can be compensated in B site cation concentrations.Pyrochlore phase increases with increase of La additive.And the composition of the pyrochlore phase was found to be rich in Nb and poor in Ti.La doped and K doped respectively in PZN based ceramics can degrade dielectric constant and shift Curie temperature to the lower temperature.But La doped and K doped in PZN based ceramics can improve temperature stability of ceramics efficiently.After La and K were co doped in ceramics,the imbalance of charge was compensated each other.And PZN based ceramics with free pyrochlore phase was obtained,which have excellent temperature stability.
