摘要
利用扫描电子显微镜研究了水冷熟料的微观特征及水化物微晶的形态 ,指出了水泥熟料微水化形成的极少量水化产物微晶对水泥的质量和性能无不良影响 ;相反 ,这些片状、粒状、针状微晶可以加速水泥的水化 。
The microstructure character of water cooled clinker cement and the morphology of hydrated lime microcrystals were studied by Scanning Electron Microscope.It is found that a few hydrated lime microcrystals which originated from the faint hydration of clinker cement have no harmful effect on the cement quality and performance .On the coutrary,these microcrystals that take the shape of flake,granular and pin can accelerate cement hydration and improve its early strength.
