微波消化—离子选择性电极法测定尿碘

摘要 本文介绍了采用微波消化—离子选择性电极测定尿碘含量的方法。精确量取2.0mL尿样于玻璃杯中,再加入4mL氯酸和0.1mL浓硫酸,进行微波消化。微波消化程序为:先在560W加热6min,再于700W加热10min。在由KNO_3、Vc等组成的混合介质中,用碘离子选择性电极法测定尿碘,其相对标准偏差和回收率分别为5.2%(n=7)和99.66%。测定了33例正常学生的尿碘(x±s)为6.10±1.44μg/dL。与目前其它方法相比,本法测定尿碘更加简便、快速和安全,易于推广使用。 This paper describes a new method of determination of iodide in human urine by microwave digestion and ion - selective electrode. Samples of urines with accuracy of 2. 0mL were put into glass vessls. 4mL of HClO3 and 0. 1 mL of H2SO4 were added to each vessel. Microwave digestion was perfomed, using a program - controlled microwave oven of 560W power for 6 min followed by 700W for 10 min. Iodide was determined in a mixed medium composed of KNO3 and Vc by iodine ion - selective electrode. The relative standard deviation and the recovery rate in analysing iodine in urines were 5. 2% (n = 7) and 99. 66% , respectively. The average content of iodide(x±s) in urines of 33 healthy students is 6. 10±1. 44μg/dL. The method is simpler, quicker and safer than other analytical methods at present.
