摘要
纳米陶瓷材料是当今材料科学研究的重要课题,使材料的超塑性、强度大为提高,对材料的电学、热学、磁学、光学性质产生重要影响,为材料的利用开拓了一个崭新的领域。本文对纳米陶瓷材料粉体的制备方法,纳米固体材料的烧结,以及材料的力学性能作了简要的评述。
Nanoceramicmaterials have manyadvantagessuch as super plasticity and high strength which have significant effects on ceramic properties.Studeis on nano-ceramicmaterials have already been promising well in the fields of materials science.Preparation of nano-ceramicpowders,sintering of solid nano-ceramicmaterials and their properties are reviewedin this paper.
