摘要
研究了Re元素对W 6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢离子SNC共渗组织、耐磨性和抗咬合性的影响。试验结果表明 :Re具有细化渗层氮碳化合物、提高渗层硬度、使渗层硬度梯度平缓等作用。可有效地提高抗粘着磨损和抗咬合性的能力。在丝锥上的应用 ,取得了明显的经济效果。
In this paper the influence of Re elements on the microstrcture and wear resistance of Ion sulpo nitrocarburzing is studied.The results show that Re elements have an action on reforming microstrcture,enhancing surface hardness and having a smoothly depth hardness gradient of cross section its layer.The adhesive wear and grip resistance of its layer can be improved under dry contact condition.
