摘要
通过正交设计 ,研究了Ni TiO2 复合电镀工艺中镀液的pH值、搅拌速度、电流密度、微粒悬浮量、添加剂等工艺条件和参数对Ni TiO2 复合镀层的影响。在充分分析各不同镀液组成和工艺条件下 ,对复合镀层中微粒共析量的影响曲线和对镀层的表观形貌的观察后 ,得出了其最佳镀液组成和工艺参数 ;能量色散谱分析 ,制备的复合镀层中TiO2 共析量为 10 %~ 2 4.2 3 % (质量分数 )。采用SEM观察镀层的表面形貌 ,其外观均匀。
A technique about Ni-TiO 2 electro-co-deposition processes has been presented in the paper. The effects of bath composition and technological parameters,such as pH value, stirring speed, current density, particle concentration and additives on the coating appearance and behavior have been studied. The study shows that the crystal minimizing agent can be used to improve the coating appearance. The appearance and components of Ni TiO 2coatings have been scanned and analysis by the SEM method. The results show the amount of TiO 2 in the Ni-TiO 2 coatings reached at 10-24 wt%, and the appearances of coatings are fine and divided evenly.
