摘要
分析了摩托车油箱磷化工艺中存在的问题 ,并在原工艺的基础上提出了相应的改进措施 :改进工艺设施的配套性 ,优化酸洗工艺 ,改进中和工艺 ,调整磷化剂成份等 。
Some problems have been dealed with in the phosphating process of oil tank of motorcycle in this art icle,for which we have put forwd such corresponding provement basd on the original process as increasing compatibilities of new art,improving both process of pickling and neutralizing,adjusting the imgredients of phosphating solutions and so on.Which have reached a satisfactory result in production.
