摘要
阐述了湿纺纺丝生产中延迟树脂(DOWX-11As)的吸附原理和NaSCN净化工艺。分析了延迟树脂失去活性的原因。应用再生方法,提高树脂的净化能力和NaSCN的回收率,使硫氰酸钠损失率降到1.1%,污水中硫氰酸钠合格率上升到93%。
it interprets adsorption principle of delayed resin(DOWX-11As)and NaSCN purification process during wet spinning produc-tion.It analyzes causes of delayed resin activity losing.Purification ability of resin and NaSCN percent recovery can be improved via ap-plication of regeneration method,and loss rate of sodium sulfocyanate can be reduced down to1.1%and qualification rate of sodium sul-focyanate in waste water can be increased up to93%.
