纯梁油田两种破乳剂联用的高含水原油热化学破乳技术 被引量:4

A Thermo-Chemical Dehydration Technology for High Water Cut Crude Oils of Chunliang Oil Fields by Using Two Demulsifiers

摘要 纯梁油田各油区所产原油的油质 (含蜡量 )、含水率及油温不同。将 13种商品破乳剂用于纯梁各油区原油及混合油的破乳 ,筛选出了 4种性能优良的破乳剂。将这 4种破乳剂两两复配 ,用于混合油的破乳 ,最后筛选出了以改性咪唑啉为起始剂的高聚物类破乳剂BSH 0 6和以改性树脂为起始剂的嵌段聚醚类破乳剂BCL 4 0 5。实施了联合使用这两种破乳剂的原油热 化学破乳脱水现场试验 :在纯东集油计量站 ,在油温 35℃、原油含蜡 15 %~ 2 0 %的高含水原油中加入BSH 0 6 ,在纯西集油计量站 ,在油温 5 5℃ ,原油含蜡 2 0 %、乳化水含量高的原油中加入BCL 4 0 5 ,加量 10 0~ 80mg/L ,在长 3~ 4km的管道输送过程中破乳 ,在原油处理站两种原油混合后进入一级、二级沉降罐 ,沉降时间约 4h ,油水分离 ,原油含水降至≤ 0 .5 %,可以不再进行电脱水而直接外输 ,脱出污水含油量 <10 0mg/L。这种不同原油各用合适的破乳剂管道破乳、混合沉降脱水的热 化学破乳脱水技术 ,已在纯梁油田广泛应用。 The crude oils produced at various districts of Chunliang, Shengli, are different in wax content, water cut and temperature. 13 commercial demulsifiers are taken to dehydrate these crudes and their mixture and 4 excellent demulsifiers are selected out and used to dehydrate the mixed oil. In result a modified imidazoline-initiated polymeric demulsifier, BSH-06, and a modified resin-initiated block polyether demulsifier, BCL-405, are choosed. With the two demulsifiers, a field test of a new thermo-chemical dehydrating technolgy is performed: at use levels of 100~80 mg/L BSH-06 is introduced into the high water cut crude of wax content 15%~20% and of temperature 35℃ at East Chunliang gathering/measuring station and BCL-405-into the crude of wax content 20% temperature 55℃ and of high emulsified water content at West Chunliang station; the demulsification of the flowing crudes occurs in their pipelines 3-4 km long; at gathering/treating station the two crudes mix and enter into the 1st and 2nd sedimental tanks for oil/water separation in~4 hrs; the crude of water content≤0.5% is obtained and available for output without further electric dehydration and the waste water separated is qualified in term of oil content (<100 mg/L). The thermo-chemical dehydration technology comprising pipeline demulsification for every crude with an appropriate demulsifier followed by mixing of crudes and oil/water separation at sedimentation is being widely used at Chunliang oil fields.
