摘要 应用研制的无线电遥测振动应力和温度系统以及轴间引电装置、高温应变计,成功地进行了高压压气机和高压涡轮叶片、轮盘的振动应力和温度测量;进行了关键盘LCF试验和第4级盘光弹试验;研究并采用了分析-验证-分析精化循环提高的热分析技术;研究采用了多参数协调处理法、稳态应力的加权平均法和瞬态应力特征相似法进行载荷处理和应力的同步合成,不仅减少了载荷简化带来的误差,而且计算寿命准确度达到了国内外期望的误差范围之内。研究结果已用于WP7系列发动机的定寿和延寿工作中。 Radiotelemetering of vibration stress and temperature are developed and applied, along with the equipment of signal lead between shafts and high - temperature strain gage. Vibration stress and temperatures of HC/HT blades and disks are measured successfully. LCF test of interesting disks and photo - elastic test of the 4th disk are carried out. A technique of thermal analysis (analysis - verification - analysis) is developed. Stress combination and load process are obtained with compromise of multi - parameter, weighted average of stable stress and character similarity method of transient stress. Therefore the error of load - reduction is cut down, the high accuracy of life prediction is obtained. These methods and techniques are applied in the life prediction of WP7 engine series.
