摘要
现代燃气涡轮发动机主轴轴承的寿命评估,仍以经典的次表面疲劳理论为准则。使用中的失效形式已不是疲劳剥落,大多是起始于表面损伤一类的故障。在这种情况下,如何科学地确定主轴轴承寿命就是个难度很大的技术问题。通过区别寿命、可靠性和失效的一些概念,明确了该如何合理地提出各项技术指标。给出了确定使用寿命的试验种类、方法和子样数。为我国航空发动机主轴轴承定寿方法提供了理论依据。
The lift evaluation of main bearing for a morden aeroengine is still based upon the classical subsurface fatigue theory. The type of failure in operation is no longer the fatigue spall, but starts witt the surface damage. In this case, it is a key technique to determine the operating life of aeroengine main bearing. Meanings of life, reliability and failure are distinguished and how to select the technique targets is presented in the paper. The type and method of test as well as the number of specimens are also given for determine the operating life.
