Eco-environment Construction and Sustainable Development in Limestone Mountain Region of Guangdong

广东省石灰岩山区是广东省主要的贫困地区 ,自然环境先天脆弱。水土流失严重、水资源短缺、自然灾害频繁、环境污染突出第一系列生态问题已成为制约当地社会经济可持续发展的关键因素。本文在广泛、深入调查的基础之上 ,分析了广东石灰岩山区生态环境问题的现状及主要成因 ,提出了改善生态环境 。

The Limestone mountain region is the main impoverished region in Guangdong,itsnatural environment is congenital fragils.Over a long period of time,the eco-environment is becoming more and more odious by population growth and unrational resources use.The social and economic sustainable development is restricted by eco-environment prlblems such as water and soil erosion,poor in water resource,in creased frequency in natural disasters,serious envirounmental pollution etc.Therefore,the eco-environment protection and reconstruction is not only tne need of exist and development need in Guangdong limestong mountain region,but also direct affect the safety and social and economic sustainable development of Zhujiang delta.Based on the extensive and detailed investigation,this paper analyses the cause and status of eco-environment problems in Guangdong ilimestone mountain region,puts forward the strategies of improving eco-environment and promoting social and econmic sustainable development in this area:(1)Expand and protect forestry,improve agriecology environment.(2)Adjust the structure of agriculture,establish structure and function reasonable stereoscopic agriculture system.(3)Strengthen the comprehensive improvement of environment problem.(4)Control population growth,rise population quality in order to reduce pressure on the agro-ecologial environment.(5)Combine manpower export with migrating in order to reduce pressure on land.(6)Strengthen import and research exploit about eco-environment administer critical technology in Limestone mountain region.
