摘要
在分析事故实例的基础上．探讨了附加横向钢筋的设置原理。对工程中需要配置附加横向钢筋的情形作了较全面的阐述，以供工程设计参考。
Based on analysis of a engineering accident, discussion has been made on the princip1e of setting additional transverse steel bars. Situation with requirement of setting additional transverse steel bars in engineering are described. which may be referred for engineering design.
