穗城的环境与房地产业互动发展

THE MUTUAL DEVELOPMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND REAL ESTATE IN GUANGZHOU

根据穗城的城市环境的改善和房地产业发展的实际情况 ,运用大量的论据 ,论证了穗城的环境和房地产业是互动发展的关系 ,指出在今后城乡一体化的格局状态下 ,其互动发展关系将更为密切 ,分析了互动发展过程中产生的负面影响 。

According to the data of the real circumstances in Guangzhou, the positive influence of the mutual development of environment and real estate are demonstrated in three aspects: 1) the improvement of environment leads the real estate to develop prosperously; 2) the development of real estate improves the environment; 3) the mutual development relationship between environment and real estate will be closer thanks to the integration of urban and rural .but the negative influence such as traffic interference and ecological destruction arises during the developing course. Some measures strengthening consciousness about protecting environment and ecological balance should be adopted to avoid the negative influence and to develop the positive influence.
