摘要
为推动国产铷原子频标技术的深入发展,我们进行了小型铷原子频率标准装置的研制,目的是重点解决铷频标的小型化、长寿命、高稳定度、低相位噪声、低老化率等技术关键。详细介绍了小型铷原子频率标准装置的基本组成和工作原理,并对其重要组成部分(包括微波倍频链、误差放大链及同步检波、物理泵体、高稳压控晶振)在小型化前提下进行的技术指标改进作了深入的分析和说明,最后简要分析了小型铷原子频率标准装置的可靠性和实用性。
The miniature Rubidium atomic frequency standard device, we have been studying, mainly aim at further developing the homemade Rubidium atomic frequency standard. It intent to solving the techon-linchpin of the miniaturization, long-term usage, high stability, low phase noise and low aging rate of the atomic frequency standard. This paper will firstly introduce the essential framework and general theory of the miniature Rubidium atomic frequency standard device, and then on the base of miniaturization, it will analyse and explain the improved technical specification of the important component(including microwave multiple frequency chain, error, amplifying chain and synchrodyne detection, physical package, and high stability VCXO).At last, it simply analyse this standard device′s reliability and practicability.
