摘要
本系统采用人机对话的形式,以计算机为控制源,通过GPIB接口总线,对标准信号源和数字示波器进行全自动控制,来达到检测示波器故障的目的。我们首先对测试参数的选取做了阐述,制定了每种参数测试应遵循的原则,选取了测试平台,编制了测试用的软件,着重解决了软件调试中出现的问题,并提出了数字示波器使用注意事项。
A computer monitoring system for the standard signal generator and digital oscilloscopes is designed. The system based on man-computer mode and enables auto-test for malfunctions of the oscilloscopes through interface bus GPIB. In this paper, selection of the parameters of the system is presented first and foremost. The principles which each parameter should follow are worked out. The system platform and the testing program are described. The problems in program debugging are resolved and the use points of attention of the digital oscilloscopes are indicated.
