摘要
为消除因叶轮型线设计数据点的拟合误差所产生的不光顺现象 ,通过快速迭代算法反算控制顶点 ,插值得到叶片型线并生成叶片工作型面 ;在能量法的基础上 ,提出了一种基于平均曲率的目标函数 ,对叶轮型线进行光顺 ,为五轴数控加工的顺利完成奠定良好基础。该方法已在自行设计的叶轮CAD CAM系统中得以实现。
Approach for 3-D radial impeller designing with straight fibre to eliminate the unfairness due to the error of design data of the blade edges was presented. Objective function based on average curvature containing strain energy was introduced, and the curves were faired so that finishing the CNC machining can be carried out successfully. This algorithm was used in china-developed Impeller CAM software steadily.
