摘要 为探求铅盐在NEPE推进剂中催化效果不明显的原因 ,从推进剂的组成特点及铅盐催化活性物质的作用部位出发 ,经热力学计算与分析表明 ,在NEPE推进剂中 ,铅盐分解产生的催化活性物质与能与Al及AP的分解产物HCl,Cl2 等发生反应 ,生成无催化作用的非活性物质PbCl2 ,引起Pb与PbO的损耗 ,导致铅盐在NEPE推进剂中催化效果下降。若适量添加与HCl更易反应的氧化物 ,可减轻Pb与PbO的过多损耗 ,达到改善铅盐催化效果的目的。 To probe the reason why the catalysis effort was in distint,considering the composition of propellant and the act position of lead salts catalysis,the thermodynamicall calculation was conducted.The results show that the activated substances Pb and PbO derived from lead salts, which are used as catalysts, can react with Al, HCl and Cl 2 that are produced during the decomposition of AP. The final product is the inactivated PbCl 2. Hence, the effectiveness of lead salts to produce super rate burning in NEPE propellants will decrease because of the loss of Pb and PbO. In order to increase the effectiveness of catalysts, oxides that react with HCl more easily are added to NEPE propellants.
