中药制剂防治鹿腹泻病的临床研究

Clinical Studies on Prevention and Cure of Deer Diarrhea by use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Agent

鹿腹泻病是圈养鹿的一种多发病 ,其发病率为 7.3 2 % ;一年四季均有发病 ,6～ 1 2月发病较多 ;在气候突变、阴雨连绵、饲料更换、突然大量饲喂多汁青饲料或其它应激因素存在时 ,容易暴发本病 ;各年龄鹿都有发病 ,仔鹿发病率显著高于成年鹿 ;病程一般为 3～ 7d ,有的迁延至 1 0d以上 ;其致死率高达 2 0 .5%。针对鹿腹泻病的主要病因 ,选择清热解毒、除湿健脾与和中止痢的中药 ,制成散剂高效痢复康 ,对3 1 82头圈养梅花鹿以高效痢复康进行治疗 ,其治愈率高达 98.81 % ,显著优于环丙沙星 (95.40 % )的预防效果 ,以其对 490头腹泻病鹿进行治疗 ,其治愈率高达97.55% ,显著优于环丙沙星 (85.74% )的治疗效果。且平均疗程 (4 .6d) ,比服用环丙沙星 (6.7d)的短。病鹿服用中药后 ,精神和食欲等全身症状恢复快 ,不易复发。表明中药高效痢复康是治疗鹿腹泻病的有效药物。

Deer diarrhea is a frequently occuring disease among deers fed in pens.Incidence of the disease is 7.32%.The diease arises all the year round,even so from June to December.When the weather changing suddenly or raining for too long,feedingstuff changed,the deers fed with too much succulent feedingstuff,or at the risk of other stressful factors,this diease will break out.Deers during all age groups can catch this disease,and the rate among young deers is apparently higher than that among mature deers.Coures of this disease usually lasts for 3 days to 7days,sometimes even more than 10 days.Death rate is 20.5% .Accounting for the etiology,herbs with the function of clearing away heat and toxic materials,eliminating wetness evil and invigorating the spleen,regulating the middle warmer and alleviating diarrhea were selected to develop the high effect curing diarrhea agent(GaoXiaoLiFuKang).3182heads of deers were treated with this agent to prevent diarrhea,the protection rate was 98.81%,much higher than that with cinrofloxacin(95.40%).490 heads of deers catching diarrhea were treated with this agent,the healing rate is 97.55%,evidently higher than that with cinrofloxacin(85.74%).The period of treatment with this agent was shorter than that with cinrofloxacin(4.6 days vs 6.7 days).After treated with this medicine,those sick deers recuperated soon,and hardly recured.It is showed that the high effect curing diarrhea powder can cure deer diarrhea effectually.
