摘要 研究了钙对萝卜子叶抗寒性的影响。结果表明 ,用钙预处理萝卜种子 ,可提高萝卜子叶的抗寒性。无论在低温胁迫后 ,还是在恢复生长后 ,处理组的超氧物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶。 Effects of calcium on chilling resistance of radish cotyledons were studied.The experiment showed that chilling resistance of the radish cotyledons was enhanced after seeds were pretreated by calcium.The activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase,ascorbic acid peroxidase and catalase of the treated group were higher than the comparative group's after the cotyledons were treated by low temperature stress and cotyledons were recoveried from the low temperature to grow in normal temperature.
