以野生山葡萄 83个株系及种内、种间杂交 3 7个组合 1 46个后代株系 ,共2 2 9个株系的浆果为实验材料 ,用分光光度———比色法测定浆果单宁含量。单宁含量 (mg/1 0 0ml)总趋势为 :野生山葡萄 (90 .3 0± 0 .3 6) >山葡萄×山葡萄 (69.1 8± 0 .3 2 )>(山葡萄×欧亚种葡萄 )×山葡萄 (4 6.0 7± 0 .3 0 ) >(山葡萄×欧亚种葡萄 )×欧亚种葡萄 (3 4 .54± 0 .2 3 ) >山葡萄×欧亚种葡萄 (2 6.0 2± 0 .2 6)。确定了山葡萄种内和种间杂交育种亲本浆果单宁含量指标 ,为选育优良酿酒葡萄品种提供了实验参数 ,保证了酿造具有独特风格和品质的山葡萄酒的质量。

Eighty three plant lines of wild vitis amurensis Rupr.female flower types and 146 plant lines of 34 intraspecific and interspecifc hybridization combinations,229 plant lines in all,which berry juice's tannic tondency of tannic content appears female flower type>(S×S)>(S×E)×S>(S×E)×E>(S×E)*.We raised a target of tannic content in vitis amurensis Rupris intraspecific and interspecific hybri dized combination in order that we can assure their qeneration's special flavor and quality of wine.
