摘要
目的研究黄芩甙 (Bai)对实验性心律失常的影响。方法通过静脉注射乌头碱、哇巴因、氯化钡或结扎大鼠左冠脉前降支复制各种动物心律失常模型 ,在预先静脉注射Bai的基础上 ,观察药物对各种实验性心律失常的预防作用。结果Bai可增加乌头碱或哇巴因诱发大鼠或豚鼠所致室性心律失常所需剂量 ,推迟氯化钡致心律失常的出现时间和持续时间 ,推迟缺血再灌注诱发大鼠心律失常的发生时间并缩短室速和室颤的持续时间 ,降低室颤的发生率。
Objective To study the effects of baicalin(Bai) on experimental arrhythmias.Methods The experimental arrhythmic models were established by intravenously injecting aconitine,ouabain,barium chloride,or ligating and releasing LAD.The anti-arrhythmic effects of baicalin was observed after precautionary injecting drugs.Results Compared with vehicle group,baicalin 50 mg/kg and 100mg/kg could increase the dose of aconitine and ouabain inducing ventricular arrhythmias in rats or guinea pigs,delay onset time and shorten the duration of arrhythmias induced by barium chloride,and delay and shorten the onset time and duration of ventricular tachycardia (VT) and ventricular fibrillation (VF) induced by myocardial reperfusion in rats,in addition,baicalin also decreased the incidence of VF.Conclusion Baicalin has anti-arrhythmic effects.
