红花注射液对大鼠急性心肌缺血再灌注心功能的影响

Effects of Carthamus Tinctorius L.Injection on Cardial Function after Acute Myocardial Ischemia and Reperfusion in Rats

目的研究红花注射液对大鼠急性心肌缺血再灌注左心室功能的影响。方法采用结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支复制在体大鼠急性心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,运用SMUP -PC型生物信号处理系统于不同时间点采集左心室功能指标。结果模型组左心室收缩功能和舒张功能进行性下降 ,LVSP、+dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmax较假手术组明显下降 (P <0 1 ) ,而LVEDP明显上升 (P <0 1 ) ,应用红花注射液后 ,与模型组相同时间点比较 ,增强了左心室收缩和舒张功能。

Objective TO study the effects of Carthamus tinctorius L.injection on left ventricular function in rats with acute myocardial ischemia and reperfusion(I/R).Methods The anterior decending branch of left coronery artery was ligated and then reperfused.Collect the parameters at different times with SMUP-PC biological signal disposal system.Results In I/R group,left ventricular shrinkge and extended function lowered;compared with sham group,the LVSP?+dp/dtmax and -dp/dtmax decreased significantly(P&lt;0.01),but LVEDP increased significantly (P&lt;0.01).Compared with I/R group,in the drug group the left ventricular function was enhanced.Conclusion Carthamus tinctorius L.injection has a protective effect on left ventricular function in rats with myocardial ischemia and reperfusion.
