慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期的治疗方法

The treatment of stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

摘要 1病例 患者,男性,68岁.反复咳嗽,咯痰伴喘息40-年,轻微活动后气促2+年.每年上述症状急性发作次数5-7次.患者自己在家长期用'博利康尼气雾剂'和'头孢三代'抗生素,目前病情相对稳定.此患者无其他基础疾病,有30年吸烟史,10一20支/天,已戒烟3年.体格检查:T36.7次,P91次/分,R20次/分,BP138/85mmHg,口唇发绀,球结膜无水肿,气管居中,桶状胸,肋间隙增宽,呼吸动度减弱,双肺未闻及干鸣,双下肺少量湿鸣,余(一).血气分析:PH值7.36,PO2 58mmHg,PCO2 50mmHgo诊断:慢性阻塞性肺病( chronicobstractive pulmonary disease,COPD)稳定期.
