摘要
目的 :研究视网膜缺血组织中线粒体表面积密度的变化特点。方法 :给SD大鼠球后注射去甲肾上腺素 ,建造视网膜缺血的动物模型 ;用电镜和图像分析等方法 ,对缺血视网膜组织中线粒体表面积密度的动态改变进行体视学定量分析。结果 :大鼠球后注射去甲肾上腺素后 ,视网膜内节、外网状层及内网状层在缺血状态下 ,线粒体空泡的表面积密度增高 ,尤以内网状层表现最明显 ,并随着时间变化有显著性差异 ,呈现缺血→损伤→修复的过程。结论 :球后注射去甲肾上腺素后 ,视网膜线粒体的表面积密度发生缺血性改变 ;缺血视网膜组织不同部位的损伤 ,其线粒体的表面积密度改变不同 ;线粒体对缺血极为敏感 ,反应最强烈。
Aim: To study the change of mitochondrial surface density in retinal ischemic tissues. Methods: The animal model of retinal ischemia was established by retrobulbar injection of noradrenalin into SD rat, and a quantitative stereological analysis was made by using electron microscopic techniques and image analysis. Results: The surface density of mitochondrial vaculation in the ischemic internal segment, external and internal reticular layers was increased (especially in the internal reticular layer) and varied significantly with the time after retrobulbar injection of noradrenalin. The entire development was presented as ischemia →injury→recovery. Conclusions: Ischemic change occurs in the surface density of retinal mitochondrion with the injuries of different parts of ischemic retinal tissues, and mitochondrion is very sensitive to ischemia after retrobulbar injection of noradrenalin.
