摘要
社会文化的差异导致了词义的空缺,而词义的空缺又导致不同文化间的某些不可译现象,给不同语言之间的互译带来了巨大困难。本文从社会符号学翻译法观点出发,以英语和汉语为主要对比对象,从符号意义的角度系统地探讨了文化的不可译性。
The diversity of culture results in the zeros of meaning, and the zero of meaning in return results in theuntranslatability of culture, which cause great difficulty in translation between languages. The present paper, mainly by comparing Chinese language with English language, systematically analyzes the untranslatability of culture from the point of view of semantics based on the theory of social semiotics.
